Type of Hose:	Polyester reinforced silicon hose.
Applications:	Coolant, heating and low temperature turbocharger systems.
Construction:	Silicon rubber reinforced with knitted polyester fabric standard build 3 ply giving a nominal wall thickness of 4.5mm + 0.5mm.
Temp. Range:	-50°c + 170°c.
Burst Pressure Range:	500 psi to 120 psi for bore sizes between 6.5mm and 76mm. Additional plies can be added for higher pressure in larger bore sizes.

NOTE! A safety factor of 4:1 should be applied when ascertaining the working pressure.

Available Types of Hose:

• Straight 1 meter lengths as standard bore sizes available 6.5mm to 102mm. If other sizes are required please contact us and we will attempt to acquire it for you.
• 90° elbow hose standard leg lengths 102mm (4") other lengths can be produced if required.
• Straight and elbow reducing hoses, i.e. different sizes at each end.
• 45° and 135° acute and obtuse angles hose to suit requirements.
• Straight convoluted hose with or without steel support rings.
• Straight and elbow hose with helical spring wire buried between the plies for greater flexibility and to prevent collapsing with negative pressures.
• Castellated.
• Any shape of hose required.
• The standard colour is blue but black, red and yellow are available on request.
